We can develop CRFs in various forms, (hard or softcopy) for various areas of  medicine (see our project list).

We can take over printing and assembling of paper CRFs for the clinical investigators (e.g. on 3-ply NCR paper) in DIN A4 files with e.g. a logistic register, the patient information, the patient informed consent, patient entry and dropout card as well as patient reminder systems.

Using our online web technology systems  or  we provide electronic tools for individual multilingual rapid eCRF creation. Electronic documents generated during special examinations (e.g. ECG recording, pictures from CT, NMR, ultrasound scans, angiography, lab data, patient self-monitoring data) can be entered into the data base.
