Qualified users with online library support can code data directly into designated areas of the eCRF. This allows continuous coding to be made following locking and before final data export.
Data report for interim or final data analysis and project management (Reporting Tools)
Standard set of text delimited ASCII files of clinical data. This export is usually issued after termination of the data collection and data cleaning phase. Customized set of text delimited ASCII files and MS Excel tables. The tables are configured according to the requirements of the sponsor. The whole set of these tables is called Progress Report and can be issued on a daily basis. The tables can be downloaded as single files or as a compressed ZIP file containing the whole set of data tables. Other data formats of these tables can be provided upon request. Users can retrieve a project's status at any time.
PDF files of subject data for download
PDF files contain all relevant eCRF data and metadata from each subject in a readable form. These files are issued at the end of the data collection and cleaning phase for archiving purposes (e.g. CD-ROM). The files are updated daily during the trial and available on request from the investigator as a supplement for medical records (hardcopy) and offline review.

The security package covers different solutions from simple SSL to user registered SSL-VPN internet connections.
